Everything was simply great. We had a comfortable trip at this hip new hotel. the superior apartment was reasonably large and stunning with a bunk bed. the location was marvelous and good - not far from the Brixen valley, Spar supermarket, and the ski slopes.

The hip new hotel was gorgeous. Beautiful and stunning units with a bunk bed, very friendly employees. Perfect, excellent location in Brixen im Thale, near to the cable car, the five ski areas and the restaurant deco. Again, not far from a large ski resort.

The location is perfect, with easy access to skiing, apres-ski, and the cable car, and there's even a McDonald's just a short walk away for dining convenience.

The accommodations had unique and pleasant units with a bunk bed, and the staff were very welcoming, providing amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator.

The lift is just a stone's throw away from the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for families with young children. The spacious rooms and facilities are of high quality and exceptionally clean. The owner, Georg, was always present and provided excellent service, offering great tips and guidance. The breakfast served was superb, and our kids absolutely loved the main Shalle designed for families. Das Heimsitz is highly recommended for families in all seasons.

My wife says that it would have been great if there was a designated space for drying our skiing clothes, as there was ample space near the skiing boot dryers. This would have been particularly helpful for families with children who tend to get their clothes wet after a day on the slopes.

The room had fast wifi and a storage space. The location was great and favorable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The services were excellent. The location was near the main ski lifts, the center of Brixen, and other areas of the SkiWelt like Soell or Going.

The location is perfect, just next to the gondola station, the room is spacious and has a nice bunk bed, and there are plenty of delicious options for breakfast.

The rooms here are unique and really nice, and the staff is the best! 🌟

The chalets are close to the gondola station. Supermarket nearby for convenient self-catering. Comfortable beds, beautiful fireplace, and nice coffee machine. Privacy along the road. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, fast internet, great location and underground parking. Will definitely return. Excellent stay.

we had a fantastic family holiday in Brixen im Thale and our stay at Das Heimsitz was even better than before. The penthouse apartment was spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, right by the slopes and with convenient rental options nearby. Highly recommend, we'll be back!
